Reporter for SportsAustralia.com since 2004.

As a typical Melbournite growing up, Andrew lived and breathed sport, dreaming one day of being at an AFL Grand Final or a Boxing Day Test, either on the winning team or behind the microphone. Whilst the thought of competing at the highest level is just a distant memory, the desire to pursue a career in the commentary box still burns strong.

After completing VCE at De La Salle in Malvern, Andrew then graduated from Monash University with a Commerce degree under his belt and promptly moved to Canberra to undertake a graduate program in the public service. The sports reporter fire was still burning strong however, and Sports Australia provided him with just the opportunity he was after.

With a love of all things cricket, Andrew has enjoyed reporting on the Pura Cup and ING Cup and is looking to someday make a full time career out of this, travelling the world, reporting on various cricket events and hoping one day to be sitting alongside Richie in the Channel 9 central commentary team.

AFL is also a passion, and after covering some Wizard Cup matches in 2005 Andrew is looking forward to being a member of Sports Australia's AFL team, whilst watching his beloved Hawks once again reach the lofty heights of the 1980's. He is a patient man.
