Justine joined SportsAustralia in January 2006 keen to utilise the experience of writing for a
website as she progresses towards a career in Journalism, after her high schooling comes to a halt at the
end of this year.
A regular contributor in ‘Loop’- youth writing section that features ever second week in Swan Hill’s
local paper ‘The Guardian’ - Justine’s enthusiasm for AFL was spotted by ‘The Guardians’’ chief sports
writer and she has now begun work writing match reports for the Central Murray Football League for the
newspaper.
Justine hopes to study Journalism at University and aspires to take over Mike Sheehan’s post at the
Herald Sun as chief football writer, which would enable her to see plenty of her beloved Fremantle
Dockers, in particular, superstar Matthew Pavlich.
