This week I will look at the feature Cups, in the Caulfield and Melbourne Cup and forecast some long-range
doubles.

Prediction:
The Cup weights get released next week.
So I wanted to get a head start for most of you with my speculative Cup prospects.
Ideally I would like to take the weight into consideration, however there is a lot of value to be had before they do get released.
From what I have seen during the last 12 months, I rate Serenade Rose a real mighty chance in the Caulfield Cup.
Sure $8.00 may be short right now but she is an outstanding staying mare.
I would suggest coupling her up to the above mentioned horses in the Melbourne Cup.
Nothing outlandish, but if you fancy a flutter for a few dollars there is value there.
Or...
Wait for the weights to be released and see how your fancies fair from the handicapper.
I will go into this with more depth as I see some key lead up races over the next few weeks.
